Web Design 4 Suffolk is supporting the Great Barrow Walk.
The Academy Health & Fitness Centre is a family run Gym and sports facility in the village of Barrow near Bury St. Edmunds in Suffolk, East Anglia. They are organizing and hosting the first 'Great Barrow Walk' for 2009. This is based on the famous Nijmegen (Vierdaagse) March in Holland (see www.4daagse.nl) and to raise funds.
The event is based around raising funds for Help For Heroes but it is entirely up to the individual or group what their goals are.
